“There wasn’t a coffee maker in our room. The hotel did provide one then next day after we asked for it 3 times. Next day no new coffee , cups or cream were provided and we had to ask for them 2 times. The hotel should have in room coffee machines and service them without being asked. Roof top bar was wonderful and the bar tenders in the main restaurant were awesome,”

“Overall it was a pretty nice experience staying in Westin. The location is right in the center where you can go everywhere within walk distance. ”

“The style of the decoration is excellent. And it is very close to the art museum. If you ride bikes, it takes you 5 minutes to get to the museum and the lakeside walk. ”

“Loved the room! The room had a sitting area with a sectional that was a sofa bed. The staff was excellent and shared with my wife and I gems to visit in the city. Customer service at its BEST! My Complimentary breakfast was decent enough to hold you over until lunch. I will recommend Hyatt Place to family and friends and we will make it our future hotel preference. ”

“Stayed close to The Miller High Life Theater, easy walk and very safe. Great staff! Got a warm cookie at check in and a free drink ticket for the bar. Would definitely stay here again.”

“DO NOT STAY HERE. Someone broke into our room, flooded the bathroom sink, and the hotel charged me $250 while refusing to return my calls. On 5/15 left our room with the do not disturb sign on the door. When we returned, our belongings had clearly been moved around and the toilet paper was soaked. I called for replacements and was told our room had flooded because we “left the sink on” and that we’d be charged $150. I immediately spoke with the manager, Louis, and explained we absolutely did not……
