The staff were so helpful and friendly, they gave us a map when we arrived and showed us where the main ateas of interests were, we also had a welcome drink which was very thoughtful. The breakfast was delicious, healthy and varied, the room was very spacious and clean. The hotel location was very central to the old town and everywhere was within walking distance, excellent all round and we would definitely return! Thank you for a wonderful few days.

The hotel is in a really good spot, easily walking distance to most places & if you want to go to the Castle it’s just a short walk to the tram stop and pence to catch the tram. We did this and walked down to Charles Bridge and back. The hotel was clean and the staff were brilliant. The breakfast was excellent and so much to choose from, I had omelette with fresh smoked Salmon on the side. They had freshly squeezed orange juice which was amazing. The staff were perfect! Annoyingly the restaurant and bar are not open on Sunday’s & Monday’s. We arrived on Sunday & left on Tuesday. We stayed in room 45 on the 4th Floor and it is a lovely room & very spacious. The bath is big and the walk in shower was perfect especially the rain shower. The bedroom had an excellent large comfortable bed but unfortunately the room was hot and couldn’t cool it down without opening a window which was then noisy, the maintenance guy had a look straight away but turned the room stat up? The reception guy turned it half way but it didn’t make a difference. The fridge was good but very noisy especially when trying to get to sleep. The room was just by the lift which again was noisy. Note, If you want to watch Netflix you need to have your own account!

The rooms were exceptionally clean. I love that you had walk-in showers. The temperature of the room was comfortable. Some nice treats were included -- Free water daily, macaroons one night. Olga at the front desk was particularly helpful.

Wonderful breakfast, tidy room but no view

Very nice hotel , excellent and very friendly staff , they will do everything possible to make your trip as easy as possible! Amazing area around the hotel . Daily breakfast is delicious and fresh , rooms are clean . Hotel needs a little renovation though ( it’s outdated , visible signs of age, such as worn carpets, faded paint etc ) But I still do recommend this hotel
