Der Außenbereich ist sehr gepflegt und man hat die Möglichkeit sich zu entspannen. Was benötigt wird ist Alles vorhanden. "Sehr schöne Wohnung, aaaaber: es liegt eine Liste vor, was vor Abreise alles getan werden muss: Betten abziehen, Müll runter, alles aufräumen, abwaschen, besenrein hinterlassen. Das verträgt sich echt nicht gut mit der check-out Zeit von 10 Uhr und die Endreinigung wird dann noch mit 89 Euro berechnet. Das ist dann wirklich viel.Im kleinen Zimmer mit dem Etagenbett kann man sich kaum bewegen und nichts irgendwie ablegen. An Möbeln passen gerade so der Einbauschrank, das Etagenbett und ein Kinderstühlchen rein. Mit zwei Erwachsenen in dem Zimmer wäre es kaum machbar, aber es gibt ja noch das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Sehr gut!Ganz hervorragend ist die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Vorher bekommt man einen ausführlichen Brief, wie die Schlüsselübergabe stattfindet, was zu beachten ist, Tipps für die Urlaubstage, Gästekarten usw. Das haben wir in so einer tollen Form noch nie erlebt.Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Sehr ruhig und ziemlich strandnah."
