From the moment we arrived at Domes Noruz Kassandra, we knew we had stepped into something extraordinary. The Service What truly sets this place apart is the incredible staff. They manage to anticipate your needs before you even realise them yourself. Always warm, genuinely friendly, and professional – they strike that rare balance of making you feel pampered yet completely at home. The Culinary Journey Dining here was a revelation. Every dish felt like a celebration of Greek flavors with a modern twist – fresh, vibrant, and beautifully presented. Whether it was the elegant breakfast spread, beachside cocktails, or fine dining in the evening, each meal was unforgettable. The Beach & Pool The private beach is stunning, with crystal-clear waters and luxurious loungers that invite you to spend endless hours under the sun. The pool area is equally perfect – chic, vibrant, and with the perfect mix of energy and relaxation.

I want to clarify that my negative feedback is directed solely at the hotel management—not the staff. We visited Thessaloniki in early September, when temperatures were still around 30°C, and were surprised to find the pool closed. While I understand the Expedia listing mentions the pool closes at the end of August, it also states that pool availability is subject to weather conditions. Given the heat, I believe it would have been reasonable for management to extend pool access. We stayed at other 4- and 5-star hotels in the area during our trip, and all had their pools open. It’s hard to accept that Wyndham couldn’t do the same. I don’t think my request was excessive or inconvenient—just a simple expectation for a summer-like experience in Greece. The hotel staff were kind and understanding, and even offered us a bottle of wine as a gesture—which I truly appreciated. However, I still find it hard to accept that the only 5-star hotel we stayed at in Thessaloniki had its pool closed during such high temperatures in early September. It seems like that the Wyndham has a poor Management. It was our first stay at a Wyndham hotel and i think also our last one.
