This was a very nice and clean hotel. We had a room with 3 singles and it was very roomy and comfortable. We only stayed 1 night as we were just passing through but would stay here again.

El personal fue muy amable y la atención excelente durante toda la estadía. Sin embargo, la limpieza de la habitación podría mejorar. Encontramos unas sandalias debajo de la cama, las sábanas tenían manchas y el piso no estaba completamente limpio.
La ubicación tampoco fue la más conveniente para nosotros, ya que asistíamos a un concierto en la feria y no era tan accesible llegar desde el hotel.
A pesar de estos detalles, el servicio recibido fue bueno y en general tuvimos una experiencia agradable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the DoubleTree Hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. Although our visit was brief, Sara provided several excellent recommendations that helped us make the most of our time in Milan.
Based on her suggestions, we visited Chinatown and explored the beautiful Parco Sempione, where we rented bikes and scooters to tour the park before enjoying some delicious gelato. It was a wonderful way to spend an afternoon and experience a different side of the city.
The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and conveniently located. We had a great stay and only wish we had more time to explore Milan. We would happily stay here again on a future visit.

"We all loved the hotel but it did have a musty smell in the room. The only other negative was the fact our room was hot. I had no idea if we had ac or not. Other than the above we loved Chamonix and would love to come back."
