Cons: very loud construction noise in the room next door starting at 8AM and lasting all day long; they have onsite laundry facilities that cost $7.00 USD to wash per load and then $7.00 to dry in a small capacity machine!!! $28.00 USD to wash and dry 2 loads of laundry; building is pretty run down both inside and outside
