Arrived at the residence and was greeted by one of the staff who showed us to the apartment and how things worked, including the security and aircon. Very helpful and also gave us some insight into China, which helped us a lot. The property is well maintained and very safe. It is very conveniently located for public transportation and shopping. DiDi drivers had no problem finding our place and the security staff were always very cheerful and helpful. I would highly recommend this residence for a stay in China and it was particularly great to “live in the local neighbourhood” rather than in a tourist trap hotel. The people here are so friendly and welcoming. We will be back

The staff at this property are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Special recognition goes to the club lounge Team, particularly Marjory and Nina, for their outstanding attentiveness and superior service. Also the breakfast at the Jasmine is outstanding, so is the above and beyond service.

Super friendly staff, well equipped room, view over the city and river is fascinating.

Unbelievable location, great rooms, nice large and clean, very luxurious, service is absolutely top notch. Stayed here a week ago on arrival and came back for a few days before to continue to enjoy Shanghai. Transportation by subway is extremely convenient, located right at the intersection of three major lines, get anywhere in Shanghai within about 30 mins.
