Summary:
Located halfway up Dulan Mountain in Taitung County of Taiwan, Dulanyi Sanshan is a spirit nourishing Taitung stay surrounded by lush forests and a misty atmosphere all year round due to its local, mountainous climate. The stay is perfect for walks along moss-filled trails filled with wild orchids and if the weather is clear, you will get wonderful views of the Pacific Ocean and Huadong Rift Valley.

The Space:
Dulanyi Sanshan is perched midway up Dulan Mountain, by the Beinan Plain and close to the coast of Donghe Township. It’s an enchanting 155 square-feet retreat encompassed by rich ecology and forests, a place to slow down and bask in comfort with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers). It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save water through using eco-friendly toilets to save the environment.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas. Bicycles and barbecue equipment are provided, and there is a trailhead access nearby for you to start hiking.

The Neighborhood:
Dulanyi Sanshan sits in a coastal, tropic forest halfway up Dulan Mountain near Donghe, a rural township by Taiwan’s southeast coast. Dulan and Donghe is a laid back, lesser known destination known for its adventurous outdoor and seaside experiences such as surfing, hiking and camping.

Getting Around:
By car:

-The distance from Kaohsiung City is 181km, which takes 3.5 hours, and the distance to nearby towns is 6km, which takes 10 minutes.
-Guests can drive a two-wheel drive car (2WD) or a four-wheel drive car (4WD) to reach the destination.

By public transport:

-Guests can take train No. 161 from Kaohsiung to Taitung, and then go to Taitung Railway Station to take the bus No. 8101, 8102, or 8103. The bus stop is Nanjunjie and the latest departure time is 16:50. (It is recommended to drive there by yourself)
-After walking down the mountain to the south county boundary, you can take buses 8101, 8109, and 8120 to downtown Dulan. (It is recommended to drive there)

汽车:
