"Hotel is pretty new. I actually like the self service option. We didnt mind removing our own trash and grabbing towels for thr designated area. Our room was an executive room. There was plenty of room for my husband and I. There are so many restaurants, plenty of food options. Definitely a little different than an American hotel room. The shower was different...we like a separate shower from the tub area. But nonetheless it was fine. Overall an excellent stay at The Gleam! Will...
"Only stayed for one night but was very happy! Very clean room and bathroom with lots of guest supplies/amenties which was lovely. Good WiFi, nice staff and close to subway station. Very comfortable stay! "

"Décor of the room was dated and doesn't match the photos from the listing. Room was very spacious but it wasn't as clean as I would like. Layout of the bathroom area was weird and rather inconvenient. Part of the ceiling was removed which left pipes exposed. It was a comfortable stay for the price nonetheless."
