“We booked AGM Beachfront Resort because it was the only place available during our travel dates. It’s more affordable than neighboring resorts, and the staff were genuinely warm and helpful—that was the highlight of our stay.
Unfortunately, the property itself is in poor condition. Rooms are extremely basic, with peeling paint on the ceilings, broken mosquito screens, and ants everywhere. Our shower worked only so-so. Food was very limited and only served when the cook was around.

“Very nice set up. I picked this location for convenience from the airport. But after a couple of days, I moved closer to the volcano and decided to walk. For reference it’s a 90 minute walk, but it was incredibly awesome.”

“The place is tucked away off the roads so it feels isolated and away from the hustle of the surrounding streets. The check in process was easy and the staff was amazing. “The room was sufficient, but the bathroom definitely needed to be reworked. There is no hot running water. There is no real pressure for the shower. So I had to use the bucket and a kettle that was provided by the hotel to heat up my water so I wasn’t taking a cold bucket bath. “The room was spacious with nice view of Mayon volcano. The water pressure and hot water supply in bathroom area left something to be desired. Rooms in general could use updating.
