Room was clean. Basic amenities included. Television which I didn't use. Microwave. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of hot water for showering. Area around room quite. We were able to have a good night's sleep. No coffee available at the main entrance.Check-in was efficient. Attendant was polite/cordial maybe even a bit Smarmy. Then again hotel what's very decent for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget that's looking for a good night's sleep.

Stunning hotel, wonderful staff, very modern. The two not so great things I have to share was the toilet room of the bathroom had something on the walls and down by the trash can, not sure what it was, but was slightly off putting. Secondly, there were a set of adult handprints on the glass slightly above bed level. All in all, this is a gorgeous hotel, and I’d recommend it in the future.

This is essentially an apartment building outside of park city by about 15 mins. No daily housekeeping, semi clean rooms, staff was low functioning and mostly unhelpful. We were unable to check in early on our day arrival despite being told it would be available before hand. The girl at the front desk told us there were a large volume of early check ins (there was not another soul on property, but she must have thought we didn’t notice). The pool deck was covered in dead bees. There is loud construction directly outside the property starting very early in the morning until dark.
On the plus side, it was quiet inside and the gym was pretty well stocked.
