"For the price, this was a nice stay. The rooms were clean, the staff was very nice and there is plenty of lighted parking. If I go up to the Cherokee area again, I wouldn't hesitate to book another stays at Sleep Inn in Bryson City."

"Family based review- room and hotel were clean. Water slides and pool were a kid favorite but COLD, it’s not heated so spring break time after hour and half of swimming kids were done. No extra towels in swimming area and we were a family of 5 in our room. Could not reach the front desk despite attempts to call during our stay from room. Every we went to desk either they were on the phone or helping another guest. Our kids are little so they were able to share a towel after bath so my suggestion either ask for extra towels at check in or bring beach towels. We would stay again as it was close to walking distance and the kids loved th pool! "

"Start to finish.. walked in, it was a long wait 30 min (2 people in front) all had reservations.. reason for wait Bethany had to tell a life story to each o us, or something about someone who works there. Room was fantastic! Beds a little hard for my taste. Please put hot tea in within rooms! Had to go down to lobby late at night(due to late arrival) to get some tea! Bought stuff for snacks, another Life story from Bethany! About nephew being born, and how her sister n law cervix (nothing a customer should be hearing).. Breakfast was GREAT! went about out day! Close to town! 15.00 parking fee, NOT COOL for PAYING HOGEL GUEST! WE PAY ENOUGH!! HOT TUB!! PLEASE STOP ALLOWING KIDS IN THERE!! 1\. Way to HOT FOR THEM! 2\. ARULTS ARE TRYING YO RELAX..AGAIN WE PAY TO MUCH!! Night 2.. ANOTHER Life story from Bethany (very very unprofessional) but she was sweet.. Samantha the front desk manager WAS ABSOLUTELY PROFESSIONAL AND WONDERFUL!!!!! 10 out of 10 I would rate an 7( due to praying fees, kids in hot tubs, and Bethanys life story's and talking trash about other employees) "

"We chose to stay here with our kids because I stayed there as a kid and wanted my kids to have the same memory of the pool that I did. We loved making that memory with them. And would stay there again but next time we will be more careful of how we book. We didn’t know we would be staying in the other side of the road for our trip and would have to drive to the pool since it was icey cold. Other than that part it was a 10/10 "
