“My husband and I arrived for a few days and we were surprised by the upscale clean hotel at Fairfield gatlinburg Tennessee. Jamar greeted us and checked us in and proceeded thru the week to help with anything we needed. He went above and beyond to be helpful and caring. Our room was beautiful and clean with a king. Kerriann was always attending to us with room cleaning and items we needed with a pleasant smile. Thank you both! I would recommend this hotel to everyone. We will be back! ……

“We celebrated our daughter's 18th birthday on this trip. How memorable to be able to see a black bear play around in the creek daily!!! It truly made our vacation. We were looking for a cabin feel with a water view with a great price. Old Creek Lodge checked all the boxes. We'll definitely book our next trip with them.”
