Room 102 location was great with a large balcony and a view to die for.paid extra.
Unfortunately there was no hot water to shower for the 3 nights we stayed.
Hotel let us use other rooms to shower but it was a long walk to them
Staff all fantastic and helpful .
Swimming pool great, garden great and easy access to the beach..
Hotel gave us a large refund which we were grateful for.
If you are thinking of staying here pay the extra for rooms (family room) 102 103 and 104

This property didn't exist. I arrived at the postcode "Atlantic reach". No other details were given to me.. after asking several times. Please don't book this i was on a call to Expedia for 3 hours finding me another property which they covered. This property is a scam.
Nowhere near Fistral beach..I was fortunate Expedia could find me a property actually at Atlantic reach. As it was bank holiday hardly anywhere to stay near Newquay. BEWARE of this account it is not real. I found out the hard way I also do not drive which made it very distressing.
