“Overall stay was great! With a few exceptions, Many of the light bulbs were burnt out, there were only 2 tall drinking glasses - It just felt like the property needs a little TLC”

“This property is a gem! The condo is beautiful, spacious (2000 sqft) and private. It’s historic with all the modern amenities (full kitchen w/granite counter tops and full size kitchen-aide appliances, a large porch suitable for outdoor gathering with a gas grill and fireplace. It has private off street parking and only one block from downtown Manitou springs with so much to do and see. Locals and tourists are very friendly. We had such a great time! I highly recommend this property! ”

“This is a nice, clean, and spacious property. We stayed for 3 nights. The kitchen has updated appliances. Comfy beds. If I could give “4.5 stars” I would for a few minor things. It’s hard to tell what door to go through at check-in. It’s unmarked and in the right… then you’ll find the apt door. Traffic gets noisy at about 7:30 am, so we used a sound machine. Otherwise, this is a great property, and we’d stay here again. ”
