“This place was perfect for our needs. There was a separate bedroom with a king bed; a large closet; full bathroom with a shower; a living room with a pullout sofa for our adult son and a television; a mini fridge (with small freezer), sink, eating dishes and utensils, and a microwave; and a full size washer and dryer. The place is quiet and roomy for three adults. There is a separate entrance on the side, so we never had to bother the tenants. The tenants were very accommodating and……

“The house is great with so many cute things to look at given the theme. My suggestions to make a stay better include the following:Beach towels for the hot tub. We had to use bath towels which isn’t terrible but not ideal to wrap up in.More silverware, glasses etc. to accommodate the number of people the house sleeps. There are only 4 chairs for the table and two bar height chairs so we couldn’t eat meals together as we had 8 people. The pans are over used and don’t have lids that fit.The……

“Mary is very friendly and accommodating! Excellent communication and the place is wonderful! I stayed for 7 weeks and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Everything was clean and ready to use when I arrived. The batteries in one of the fire alarms went out and Mary and her husband fixed it asap. I also really appreciated the heated steps when it was needed! I had everything I needed in the kitchen and loved how much was provided in general, including some board and card games! I……

“How was great. The space was central to everything really. We were a short drive to highlands ranch and springs. Castle rock has everything you need. While we stayed it snowed and the staff t the location had everything shoveled and salted when needed. Quiet location and it has everything in the unit you need. Laundry place to prep and store food and easy clean up with dishwasher. 10/10!! ”

“It was cool, in a great area, but had some drawbacks. Water pressure wasn’t good, the directions for trash and how to get there were not the best. Also no air conditioning. ”
