"Very clean and cozy place to stay and in a great location "

"We had a great stay during our week in Denver. The hosts were very responsive when we realized there was not a hairdryer in the unit. They arranged for same day delivery of a hairdryer, which was greatly appreciated. We had a car that did not fit in the garage, however, nearby street parking in the neighborhood was easy for overnight parking. "Great place, very close to restaurants and shops in olde town Arvada."

"I never received any check in instructions and ended up having to send a message to the host an hour before check in to ask for details including the location. The main reason I chose this place was because I wanted to hang out and relax in the back yard with the firepit. When I arrived, I found there was no propane tank for the fire pit and no wood for the chiminea.Not a great location, either, but it was clean and the hot tub was nice."

"Easy check in, separate entrance to this basement apartment, enough space for 1-2 people comfortably. My favorite part was the neighborhood. 1-2 blocks from Snooze, Voodoo Doughnuts, lots of bars/restaurants/take out food/coffee shops. Easy access to e-bikes and scooters, the bus route that takes you to Union Station where you can get the train to the airport (10 total!), 8-10 Uber/Lyft ride to convention center. It was clean, had everything I needed. "
