Love our room view, our room is spacious and love the full fridge, microwave/airfryer, big sink, stovetop & coffee maker. Great big lazy boy & couch. Check in was fast and easy.

This hotel is highly rated amd shows beautiful pictures of beautiful rooms and spaces. In reality, the rooms are old and dirty with many gross stains on the carpets. The walls are thin so uou hear everything in the halls. Tje elevators are small, old and rickety and dif not feel safe. Went for a walk around the neighbourhood to find breakfast, but instead found ourselves in the middle of homelessness, garbage and a very unsafe feeling neighbourhood. This hotel is very overpriced and pictures do not reflect its current condition. It was a quick walk down to the cruise port though, which was good. Front desk staff were very friendly.

Lots of homeless right outside every exit and found cockroaches in the cubbords, bathroom and counters. Small ones but still gross. Not a lot of shopping nearby. Also ac didnt work well room didnt cool down enough on 21st floor.

I've waited several days to write this review so as to be in a more neutral mindset. This property was the least enjoyable I've stayed at in years. The room was not as advertised; no sofa was present and the bed was a smaller size than offered. The room also had serious functionality issues when it came to water supply. Initially, the shower would not get hot and the the sinks would not get cold. "Lukewarm" was the consistent temperature regardless of the faucet settings. I arrived late enough on the first day that i waited until morning to voice my concerns to the front desk. I was met with "...we try to accommodate room types" and "... our building is old and the pipe valves don't always work..." There was no option of moving to a room that fit the description of what was booked. On the water issue, I was told to turn on all the sinks and shower and let it run for at least five minutes to get the water hot. The water did eventually get hot for the shower, but then would not cool down for sink use. I am sad to say the property description for this stay was nothing less than disappointing. Bearable, but not what I had envisioned for a first trip to Honolulu.

We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom Harbour view suite and were pleasantly surprised by 5 rooms with full windows in living room and bedroom. The king bed was great ! Very friendly staff We even walked from the hotel to our Celebrity ship at Pier 2 to board and it took us 25 minutes

The parking structure and elevators take a while to navigate. The room was somewhat spacious and the bathroom was ok. It could use an update/ renovation. This is in downtown Honolulu, do not expect “Hawaii” at this location. Was it worth the “discount” price that enticed me to book it? Meh, I’d rather have stayed in Waikiki. Would I stay there again? I’d prefer not to. Would I recommend it to others? Most likely not.

If I could give a 0 I would. I was absolutely flabbergasted at how old, dirty, rundown, and dated the room was. There was wallpaper pealing with cobwebs in the corners, carpet that was coming up at the corners and bubbles in the middle from age and need of replacement. One of the reasons we booked this hotel is for the usage of the rooftop pool. When we got ready to use the pool, we found out that it was closed. The pictures on the website are hundred percent misleading and must be rooms that have been updated. Upon our departure of the hotel, we were getting cleaned up and had zero hot water. I called down to the front desk and they said they were working on the hot water heater and it would be several hours before it was fixed. We took cold showers… The view from our window was nice overlooking the city, but the windows were filthy dirty so really we were looking through a bunch of smudged glass. At a younger age, I have stayed at Motel sixes that were nicer and cleaner and more up-to-date than this place. Absolute horrific experience. Buyer beware.

I got the room with spectacular view of the harbor. Room was spacious and clean, all equipped kitchen with living room. small bathroom though. But overall was great. I would go back there and stay for a few days. I only stayed there one night and I didn’t get enough.

Hotel was nice and clean for the most part. The restaurant was never open (maybe permanently closed) we found several baby cockroaches in our room and our keys consistently stopped working.

It is an older property and it is half hotel and half condos. It didn’t offer much of amenities but it provided clean room and bed. Parking on property costs a lot but garage is attached to hotel and you can safely go from room to parking garage. Not a Marriott or Hilton but definitely a good safe option to stay.

We were upgraded to a suite which was very nice with great views of downtown. Walking distance to botanical gardens, water, and other attractions. For the price and location near cruise ship port it was perfect. Starbucks, Bagel shop, great pizza pub and stores nearby

The room was really nice, the view was nice as well. However it was hard to find the entrance and there were some sketchy people by the entrance. There was a hair in the bathtub when I first got there and the water was really cold even if I turned on the hot water. The issue resolved later though. Didn’t like how they didn’t have some amnesties like hairbrushes and razors. There was construction like noises during the day which disturbed me. Otherwise it was nice and the bed was comfortable. The room was spacious and very nice

Hotel Anniston was good but need renewal. Looks pretty old. parking lot is very big and easy to park there but it’s very expensive 34 dollar per day.

The staff was polite, accommodating, and went out of their way to help get us settled in and, later, checked out. The desk manager even volunteered to make arrangements for a cab when we noted we were having trouble getting through. If there was any shortcoming it was completely overshadowed by the professionalism of the people you have on staff.
