Downtown Smithville Vacations from $415

Came out for a week starting last friday for fantastic fest and unfortunately didnt start well. Before i even arrived for check in, at 6am in the morning got a charge for 300 dollars blocked by chase bank fraud line because one of the staff there tried to upgrade my room without permission, luckily called back a second time and another staff member resolved. Great property and affordable stay, but staff is 50/50 in communication as if you wanted room cleaned you had to ask and depending on person listening it would get done or wouldnt. Id only stay here again if i got a better deal than this past time, otherwise closer hotels to the center of city might be the way to go

Amazing hotel right on South Congress! The staff was so friendly and incredibly helpful. The rooms are very comfortable, and we felt right at home. Very dog friendly as well. Parking was easy - valet or self park. Great location and easy walking to many shops/ restaurants/ etc. Highly recommend!

It was great to get away.

Hotel is perfectly located. Staff are efficient and very polite. They go the extra mile for the guests. Restaurants were high-quality and the bars are vibrant.

I like the location. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. It’s a safe place.
