“This is an amazing spot. My family of 5 had everything we needed. I love that it was so close to city center but easily accessible. There is a pub next door that plays music a little late so if you like to go to bed early this may not be the spot for you.

“A little birthday weekend away with our two spaniels and what a fantastic place. This is obviously someone’s home it was perfect. It had everything. From fold up tables to eat at if you didn’t want to use the breakfast bar, to recliner chairs and sofa. “Vi var tre personer som bodde här i två nätter. Lägenheten var i gott skick. Det var nära till allt. Lugnt område. Smidigt att kunna laga mat i lägenheten om man inte vill äta ute och ordna med frukost som passar alla. Dock mycket sliten soffa och fåtölj. Fanns ingen stoppning kvar. Men de tre sängar som fanns var bra.10 minuters promenad från tågstationen.
Skulle gärna boka här igen om jag återvänder till York.”

“Booked the accommodation as normal, got sent through access codes for the main building door and the individual apartment door.
Turned up at the apartment 5 minutes before check in and got an email saying the stay had been cancelled due to ‘maintenance issues’. Several other apartments from the same company still available to book on the website so this was clearly lies, why list a property that isn’t for to stay in?

“My husband & I stayed 4 days.The apartment was spotless.Beds very comfortable.Small park opposite so not overlooked.Kitchen well equipped although a few dishwasher tablets would’ve been welcome.Nice to have some tea bags/coffee/ sugar & milk very welcome on arrival.The lift goes straight into the apartment.For us an elderly couple it was appreciated although bear in mind there are a number of steps up to the front door,there is a hand rail.The Cliff Railway is at the bottom of the road.Easy……

“We have just returned from a week in this delightful cottage. Louise has provided everything that you would need, especially the helpful plugs on the dressing table, excellent idea! I must mention the wonderful shower too, which was so powerful.The place was spotless and looks even better in the flesh. It’s perfectly situated for the town, bus/train station and supermarkets. “This property is outstanding from the moment you enter, useful welcome pack, cleanliness spot on, kitchen and equipment very good, mattress and bedding first class, thick Egyptian towels. And last but not least was the communication from Nigel who couldn't have been more helpful. “Had to book last minute due to the hotel I was being in being bankrupt!
Couldn't have asked for a better experience, lovely, comfortable little apartment, and the land lady was incredibly nice, polite and attentive.
I would definitely stay there again without hesitation, and the location couldn't have been better. Highly recommended.”
