It just didn’t seem to be the Hampton and they only clean every other day

Frank,Thank you for taking the time to leave a review about your stay with us. The Hampton standard for cleaning is every other day unless the guest request daily cleaning. There is a cling on the bathroom mirror stating the policy.
The hotel needs to take a look at there walls and wall paper. The room safety look was missing parts.

Very convenient location to take a rest if doing a long drive. Staff are nice and the breakfast was ok.

Courteous staff, but not always available since it seems they were required to man the reception desk and prepare the breakfast. Very good breakfast. Large room, but could us some updating. Very convenient to I80.
We were on the third four of the hotel. It was obvious that the roof had leaked. Wall paper had water damage and was peeling off the wall. Carpeting was torn up around the air conditioning unit. The room was in the worst condition of any Hampton Inn that I had ever stayed in. I mentioned the condition to the front desk clerk at check out. She said that she would pass the information on to maintenance. I doubt that anything will be done.
The breakfast was good otherwise the supposedly heated indoor pool was cold and the room the pool was in was excessively hot. There were several safety hazardous things in the pool room such as exposed lighting receptacles and missing light covers etc. The biggest complaint we have is that there was no hot tub at all as advertised on Experian's site. P that was the main reason we booked this particular hotel.
Are room was very clean. The ceiling in our room could use some repairs and the exhaust fan in our bathroom did not work. Could not get the shampoo and conditioner to come out , I think it was empty or too low in the container.
Breakfast was very good.
The property was very nice. Just think a little maintenance around the property would make that property beautiful for example, just painting some rust spots around the indoor pool. The stainless needed touched up lighting, was hanging down in the pool area. Just something light maintenance could work on to keep the property looking nice.
The hotel was clean, check in was easy, the room was nice, bed was comfortable, decent sized fridge and microwave, and the breakfast was very good. Everything you want/expect in a hotel room.

Staff was wonderful and breakfast was very nice. Room was very dated with water marks on ceiling and peeling paint along vent in bathroom. Good enough for a one night stay. Expedia also did not mention the on site pet fee which is no fault to the hotel but would have been nice for the Expedia site to mention at booking.

Hotel Condition did not reflect the price we paid.
The hotel seemed to be falling into disrepair. The main hallway between rooms and the pool and fitness center had a large crack running through the tile where grout was missing and several of the tiles were loose. Pool walls showed signs of a leak from the outside that had been patched but was again falling apart. We had booked a room with a king bed and received a room with two queens instead. The room was clean but showed wear and tear of wallpaper peeling and some of the carpet was coming up along the back wall.
