"Check in exceptional, very friendly and informative (I cant remember his name, he derserves a shout-out)) - where to dine onsite, reservation recommendations, other dining nearby, etc. Rooms clean & cozy, beds comfy. I think I want a room with a view next time. Security elevators - need key card to access. Bonus made to order coffee bar in the lobby! Serving iced & hot beverages. Casino is small but good assortment of gaming - heads up, smoking allowed throughout casino."

"Our room was 76 degrees when we arrived as the air conditioning was not working. We called the front desk and the maintenance person arrived a few minutes later. He had it working in no time. It took a while to cool down but it was fixed very quickly which was much appreciated."
