Our room was very not clean. Chips by the bed frame’and the glass on the art work was very dirty and pretty gross. The artwork in the hall was also in very badly need of being cleaned. The edges of our room were dusty and desperately needed some extra attention. The shower was very nice. It did have a little corner shelf that was rusty and falling down. That was pretty gross and useless as we couldn’t put any products on it. We did appreciate the beds, which were very comfortable and gave us two great nights of sleep.There was a chair and footstool which was great addition to the room. The dresser/tv stand was in need of replacement as it was beat up and had a piece of worn Velcro attempting to secure the door that access the mini fridge The pool was good sized. Unfortunately it was VERY cold and when I attempted to get in I just couldn’t handle the cold temperature and had to abandon the idea of relaxing in the pool, which was a disappointment cause I had been look forward to that as part of our weekend getaway. We did experience some paranormal activity when we attempted to communicate with any spirits that might reside in the hotel. We got intelligent responses using an EMF detector and dowsing rods. So that was very cool experience. If the hotel has been cleaner and more attention to detail on the cleaning was a bit better I’d definitely stay again. Unfortunately the lack of cleanliness is a feels breaker for me.and I won’t return to this property.
