The hotel is a new hotel so the condition is good and the staff are good at cleaning. The problem is in the advertising of this hotel. Most of their rooms are standard reasonably priced but very small and NO WINDOWS. On check-in made me pay the higher walk in price for an upgrade with a window. Ended up pay double what I had expected
Hotels.com need to require in the Philippines that it is clearly stated if the room doesn’t have a window. Otherwise the Filipino staff are very gracious and helpful.

Everything was excellent from start to finish! The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the room was clean, comfortable, and smelled so fresh.
