"Deplorable unhygienic conditions. The room was filthy, the bedsheets stained, pillows heavily molded, walls and headboard covered in thick disgusting grime, and the towel covered in stains and a grease residue. As bad as the room was, the staff were even worse. Rude, incompetent, and crooked. Stay far away from this hotel. "

"The service at the Taj is exemplary. I would recommend this place to everyone, they really go out of their way to make you feel special. The pool is amazing, the breakfast is wonderful and most of all the staff at the hotel are the best. The customer service in this place always goes above expectations.
