This new modern 650 sq ft apartment is in the beautiful west Animas Valley located 7 minutes from downtown Durango & 20 min to Purgatory Resort. This Nest boasts a contemporary gas fireplace, down sofa, full kitchen and washer/dryer. The bedroom is furnished with a dreamy king size bed. Enjoy cocktails, morning coffee and grilling on the deck. The Nest is an ideal location for hiking, biking, skiing and all the things beautiful Durango has to offer.
