A light and airy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located close to Durham University, The Botanic Gardens and Durham School.

This second floor apartment is located close to Durham City Centre and Durham University.

On entry is a long hall way which leads through to an open plan lounge, kitchen, diner with large windows giving the apartment lots of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with washing machine, oven and hob and fridge freezer.

The master bedroom has a zip and link bed so can be made up as a super king or twin, and also has it’s own ensuite with shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and drawers. Off from the hall way is a spacious bathroom with bath.

The apartment is located at the top of South Road making access to Durham City extremely easy. The Botanic Gardens are just a short walk from the apartment’s front door and Durham University is also around 10 minutes walk.
