Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Before checkout place all trash in the dumpster.
We do not charge a cleaning fee, we try to keep our fees low, anything you do to tidy and clean before checkout helps us make this possible.
Please report any damages thay happened during your stay, we will do whatever we can to remedy the situation without extra costs to you. We want our next guest to have the best possible experience.

Firewood is conveniently located near the fire pit, we charge the cost to purchase and have the firewood delivered to site. our cost is $35 per stack.
A propane grill and a propane chef's camp stove is available. Both must be moved from garage and at least 10 feet away from the home while cooking.
