My stay at the Morehead Inn was absolutely wonderful. This hidden gem in historic downtown Charlotte, North Carolina, exceeded my expectations from the moment I arrived. The customer service was exceptional. The staff accommodated my early check-in after my long drive and were incredibly friendly and welcoming on the phone. Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately at the front door and made to feel right at home. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the inn itself is immaculate. The moment I walked inside, I was greeted by a pleasant fragrance of eucalyptus that created a relaxing atmosphere. My room smelled heavenly, was spotless, and easily passed the white-glove test. I absolutely loved the antique charm and character of the inn. Every detail added to the warm and inviting experience. What truly made my stay special was the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about my visit. They offered great advice on getting to and from my concert safely, recommended places to visit afterward, and even asked about how the concert went. That personal touch truly warmed my heart. I have no complaints—only compliments. If you’re looking for a beautiful, charming place to stay in Charlotte with outstanding hospitality, I highly recommend the Morehead Inn.
