### Villa in Cochem with Garden and Parking

These detached villas, which were renovated in 2017, are located on Ferienresort Cochem. The design is modern, comfortable and cosy.  
  
You will have a living room and an open-plan kitchen with various appliances at your disposal. There is one bedroom with two single beds (set up as a double bed) and a private bathroom with a bathtub. Two additional bedrooms are located on the first floor, with two single beds each which can also be put together to make a double bed. There is a TV in one of the bedrooms. All beds are box-spring beds. A storage room with washing machine and dryer complete the picture.  
  
There is a garden with terrace and garden furniture and there is a parking space by the villa for one car.  
  
 2027: The swimming pool is closed from 11.01 to 17.01.2027 due to renovation work.  
Type homes are divided into categories. Because these are private properties, they were decorated according to the owner’s personal taste and surface area, furnishing and size may vary – the level of comfort is as described, however. The arrangement of beds (sleeping places, separate beds or double beds) depends on the owner and cannot be determined beforehand. The pictures on display here serve as an example only You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged Pets need to be mentioned during the booking process due to limited availability This accommodation is located in a holiday park. There are multiple units. To book more than one unit, please contact us via chat. For groups (such as groups of friends), young people and last-minute bookings, a deposit of € 50 p..p. / 500 p.p. may apply. If boat rental is included at the accommodation, or if the stay coincides with local fairs and festivals, a security deposit may be charged.
