Nothing much to complain about the property. Car park is 5 mins walk away.
Bar was good and staff there was friendly, however at the reception whether it was night or day time do not think they wanted to be there. No smiles, no welcoming.. pretty poor really

Do not stay here unless your happy to listen to a rave until late on into the night.
Couldn’t hear the TV in the room for the much from the bar! Called for almost an hour from the room phone while my partner tried to call in their mobile and no answer. Eventually got through and the music was turned down.
Totally unacceptable.
Lots of other reviews now saying the same thing.
I was speaking to a local the next day who said the place had changed hands and now served over priced food, and didn’t have good customer service, I am inclined to agree.
Real shame as the hotel rooms and grounds are lovely.
