Really nice place to visit

Perfect location in downtown Tyler walking distance to restaurants. The place is impeccable, beautifully decorated, clean, great space with fridge, microwave, a little table and a chair complete the place. Safe fenced in parking lot.

They need to update pictures on website. It shows a jetted tub in the room and it was a regular bathtub and only gave us two towels. Definitely need at least four.

The guest chair in the room was torn and there was a hole in the wall where the door knob hit the wall. Only 1 out of 3 hinges of the connecting door to the adjacent room was attached to the door frame. We had to use that door to enter our relative's room when our brother-in-law fell in the bathroom. Their room had a walk-in shower but the curtain didn't prevent water from getting on the floor. The lobby area was not clean and the chairs in the breakfast area were badly stained. The bed was very comfortable.

Extremely clean and comfortable room at a reasonable price in a decent part of town. Felt like a new place with many updates. Nice breakfast with plenty of options. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. I will be booking again soon. I appreciate that the entry is a little different through the Staybridge parking lot instead of directly off the main road. I had my vehicle stolen at a different brand hotel in Houston with easy on/off freeway access for get away purposes so it felt better parking here. Wouldn't be a top choice cruise for breaking into cars.
