We were a bit disappointed with this. I’d say the pictures on the site are very flattering. We arrived in the evening to lots of building and maintenance materials outside the front and in the entrance area. Not the best start. The member of staff who met us was pleasant and helpful. The room was only ok, clean enough but not great. It was just for one stopover for an early flight and the location for that purpose is good. I’ve tried to be very fair and even in this review, but this place is not for us we won’t be returning.

This is a unique high class establishment a 10 minute walk to the centre of Leeds.
Its rooms are brilliantly laid out and appointed. The manager is most helpful, making it a very pleasant stay.

"Hotel is ready for refurb ,overall room was clean . Breakfast required more staff at times and fresh food putting out had to ask a few times for items bringing out to replensh,parking a bonus for us would stay again in the future ."
