"This a a truly delightful stay. We were here during the Christmas week with our two boys. The house is less than five minutes walk from the Eguisheim village center and it was a very convenient place and with all the amenities for a relaxing stay. This area is also a good base to visit other parts of Alsace and the Black Forest region of Germany and even parts of Switzerland such as Interlaken. "

"At first the owner could not meet us the agreed at check-in time. We had to protest in order to check-in as planned. The we were criticised for the state of the property, by mail after we had left , - the owner were not present at check-out time. We had only slept, eaten breakfast and showered."

"In a small village. Very spacious and clean. The owners were extremely friendly and gave advice and directions where required for supermarkets and boulanger. There are church bells that ring all night and a Cockerell that greets you every morning..but all adds to the charm of the area. Fantastic laundry room. Nice patio area outside. Your car is in a parking area off road bit not behind gates as picture suggests. All appeared very safe. The owner is the local mayor!"

"Absolutely perfect for our visit to Alsace. The home has been lovingly cared for and restored. We had all that needed for our stay- beds were comfortable and well appointed bathrooms. Since we were traveling efficiently, nice to have washer and dryer. Hosts welcomed us with a baked treat and Alsace wine. For a few days, we did as the French do - walking to bakery every morning for fresh baguette and pastries in the picturesque village was delightful."

"This house was just like staying with family. Everything was provided and the whole house was decorated for the Christmas season. The hosts could not have been nicer. They even brought us traditional Alsatian holiday cookies and gave many recommendations for Selestat and the surrounding villages. We didn’t want to leave!"

"We share the positive reviews of many aspects of this property. It's very spacious (although the swing of some doors cause odd pinch points). We were only three, and would have used only the ground floor but for an issue (see later). The kitchen is well equipped, the induction stovetop was great to cook on. The location is properly noted, but Marie's L'épicerie in the village was closed for August vacation. (Which I imagine is an annual event.) That meant we needed to drive 6+ km for morning...

"We had a brilliant holiday here. The owners were very friendly, considerate, helpful and discrete. Our two young children had a great time playing in the private garden and visiting local castles. Great hiking and swimming in mountain lakes. Very near the wine route. Lovely visit and clean accommodation. Would go here again!"

Nous avons passe avec toute nôtre équipe un excellent séjour.La maison est simple mais avec un certain charme. l´endroit est parfait pour visiter la région ( Colmar,Ribeauvillé,ect.) "Just a lovely gite inside Turckheim’s old walls, wonderful shower, nice kitchen, very quiet and comfortable, plenty of space for a couple with a few small kids. The only negative was limited parking right near the gite, but plenty of parking a 3-4 minute walk away just outside the old town wall. We’ll definitely be going back here!!"

"This was a clean safe place to stay. The sofa bed however required a mattress to sleep on. It was very thin. "

"I enjoyed my stay at Pierre & Vacances Colmar and would be happy to stay there again. The apartment was well equipped with everything you might need and is in a good location for the town centre, train and bus station. There is a baggage storage room available as well, which was very useful. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, and spoke several languages. They supplied maps of the town and marked on the quickest way to get to the historic part."

"Well located within walking distancevof the delightful village if Eguishiem. Reception staff helpful . Reception hours where a little short onlynope 6 hours a day. Swimming pool was good. Room was adequate but needed a good dusting. Plenty of towels provided. "
