At Best a 3 Star Hotel

Pros: The A/C was great and the beds were comfortable. Good location.
Cons: Honestly represent the hotel class.
Location: Dead Sea across the street.
Very disappointed. I have stayed at 100s of hotels around the world and this place is nowhere close to a 5 star property. Early in this trip I did stay at the King David in Jerusalem, which is a 5 star property. See the photo showing the entrance to the property and note the broken arches greeting visitors. Furniture in the room was worn (see photo of chair in room). The cabinet that housed the refrigerator would not stay closed. The plastic chairs on the balcony were old and worn (see photo). I did not have my camera at the pool to take photos but numerous lounge chairs had caked on grime around the base. Clearly the chairs had not been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time. The pool looked inviting. There was visible dirt in the bottom. This was understandable given I was there during a dust storm. I entered the pool with this in mind but quickly discovered what was in the bottom of the pool was slimy. Dirt is gritty but not slimy. What was in the bottom of the pool was not from the exiting dust storm but accumulation over a long period of time. During check-in I provided a credit card for my room and I would have assumed incidentals. I went to my room and immediately attempted to use the internet but could not connect. After calling the front desk I was told I would need to come down and provide my credit card (Really? Hadn’t I just done so?). I went downstairs and was told I would have to prepay (5 star?). Rather than pay by credit card (I have to pay a fee for each use)

Albergo bello con buoni servizi, pulito e in una buona posizione, cena variata con personale di sala gentile. L'albergo e' bello ma molto grande e con molte camere quindi ovunque affollato (dalla piscina alla sala ristorante) per avere l'asciugamano abbiamo aspettato metà' giornata perché erano finiti. Se non si cerca un posto tranquillo, lo consiglio.

Déçue ,hotel bruyant .attente pour tout .

Pros: Localisation proche de la mer morte . Facile d'accès en voiture .
Cons: Peu de places de voitures . Hall et piscine très bruyant .
Location: Site de la mer morte époustouflant. Massada côté historique. Ein guedi paradisiaque .
Accueil très décevant ! Au moins 30 mn d'attente pour le Check in .le personnel de la réception m'affirme que la Reservation par Expédia n'est pas réglé mais que c'est juste une confirmation.alors on me fait payer 350 dollars sinon pas de chambre . A mon retour en France je m'aperçois comme je le pensais que mon compte avait bien été débité de la somme par Expédia . Donc réclamations et procédures compliquées pour un éventuel remboursement.

Dirty and unsafe

Cons: Cleanliness. Needs a total all overhaul.
Location: Dead Sea. Masada. Ein Gedi.
Do not stay at this hotel. It was dirty. The sofa bed had nails coming out of the arms and was stained. At breakfast, the floor in the dining room had jello under the table from the previous night's dinner. Just disgusting! Not inexpensive and very dirty!!!

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in

Filthy, filthy, filthy. Garbage on the floor in the common areas, rooms are extremely dirty, common area furniture and room furniture worn and broken. Only good thing was the breakfast. The staff is friendly but the lack of cleanliness is apalling.

Hotel was packed with very odd families who bathed fully dressed in pools and jacuzzis. The areas by the hotel were filthy. We were dissapointed
