The staff is excellent. I dropped my cell phone on the way inside and when I could not find it I asked one of housekeeping staff if she happened to see it and she had found it, turned it into the front desk.. I was so relieved!!

They gave me a room which was outside the main hotel. The room was straight facing noisy street. I hardly could sleep whole night. I even tried to change the room inside the main hotel complex, but they wanted $30 more for that, so I declined.

So - it's probably the best Brawley has to offer, but...it has some drawbacks you should be aware of. The staff were friendly and kind. The location is fine, right on the main drag and hear an IH tractor dealership, so that is a good thing... :) The hotel itself is a bit dated, while it was clean, and the beds were comfy, the AC sounded like a loud running faucet, the fridge sounded like a dripping faucet, and the ceiling creaked loudly as the people upstairs moved around. Pretty annoying at 5AM. Overall, good marks for Brawley, as the other options are exterior entry motel style places.

Good not Great.
Our stay at the Best Western in Brawley was nice. Service from the front desk was great. Breakfast was better than other hotels I have stayed at. My only suggestion is for the employees to keep their voices down when talking to each other or on the phone at 3:00 am as the sound carries upstairs into room 202 and is very loud!

Facility is average but staff is friendly and helpful. Building could use some upgrades but met our needs. Mattress was way too firm for my comfort back was achy in the morning. Overall was as expected for the location, nothing fancy but a safe quiet place to spend the night after a family party.

Need a little more TLC
Our stay was actually OK pillows. Quite small carpet needs to be vacuumed thoroughly in rooms and especially down the hallways. The service was great. The food was OK overall I gave this hotel 3 1/2 stars.

My stay here was not so good. The bed was very uncomfortable, the pillows were short and bumpy, which hurt my neck the next morning. The towels were taken out of the room in the morning during cleaning and not replaced, when I requested replacements it became difficult to get new clean towels. I was on a 2 day work trip. It would have made it so convenient and helpful if the location would have allowed me to have late check-out on my last day. When I requested the late check-out I was told no right away. As a hotels.con gold member and One Key Platinum member I would have hoped they would have at least checked to see if they could accommodate my request.

The floor was bumpy and uncomfortable to walk on without shoes. The water pressure in the shower was terrible (room 206). Check in took a really long time. The pillows were really uncomfortable, we both woke up with sore necks. There was just a sheet and light blanket on the bed, not cozy at all. The price for this quality of hotel was too high.

The staff was wonderful, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind. The included breakfast was better than expected. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed with a good sized fridge and microwave, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, linens. There was good parking available, and well lit. While the rooms seem to have been more recently updated, the hotel itself is pretty outdated, the lighting in the halls and stairwells is poor and it smells a bit old. The price did not match the quality of the property but it was the best available option I found in Brawley. There didn't seem to be many options in the surrounding area for dining, I ended up getting dinner at grocery store and brining it back to the room so it was nice the fridge and microwave were provided.

This is not up to Best Western standards. Our room (Expedias room) was in a separate building from the main hotel right on a busy road. We had no internet at all and had to walk back to the hotel lobby for WIFI. The room needed a thorough cleaning, walls and doors very dirty. The fan couldn’t be turned off so the room was cold requiring the use of a very noisy heater. Breakfast also did not come up to Best Western standards. So disappointing as we spent much more than what we received.
