Sayed has been an absolute gem found through Expedia! We booked a 4-day Nile cruise and couldn't have made a better choice. From the moment he greeted us, his kindness and professionalism made us feel right at home. The destinations we visited were simply breathtaking, with expert guides providing us with an unforgettable cultural experience. And what can I say about the hot air balloon ride over the Valley of the Kings in Luxor! An experience that left us breathless and one we'll always remember. The room was clean and spacious with good furniture and a royal washroom. Staff were friendly, polite, and professional. The restaurants are excellent The pool itself is excellent, the only problem with it tis the dosturbing construction noise from thr adjucant property which disturbs the peace. The Gym which is practicially useless! needs to have much more weights and better machines (some are even weongly deaigned!!!).
