8/10 Very Good! (2 reviews)
It is near everything. The owner was helpful and pleasant. The TV didn't work properly, I think WiFi signal was strong enough. I highly recommend the apt.

Highly Recommended! A Truly Memorable Stay!
We had a wonderful and truly memorable stay at Riad Mazard in Fes! The riad is beautiful, with lovely artistic décor, a delicious breakfast, and an excellent location. But what truly made our stay special was the outstanding hospitality of staff, and friendly and nice owner.
The gentleman and lady who took care of us were absolutely amazing—thoughtful, attentive, and hardworking throughout our stay. One day, we had to leave very early for our Sahara Desert trip, so we wouldn’t have time for breakfast. Knowing this, the gentleman kindly prepared and packed breakfast for us to take along. Such a thoughtful gesture truly touched our hearts and made us feel so well cared for.
The lady was kind enough to help us arrange a guide, who turned out to be tremendously helpful and made exploring the medina so much easier and more enjoyable.
The owner was also very nice and welcoming. The genuine kindness and exceptional service of the entire team made us feel truly at home.
Our experience at Riad Mazard made our trip to Fes even more memorable, and we are so grateful for the care and kindness we received.

8.6/10 Excellent! (692 reviews)
Beautiful resort hotel with several restaurants and bars in the newer part of Fes. Spanish restaurant with an outside patio is a gem. I would suggest to arrange for a ride ahead of time before going to Medina as a street taxi cab maybe hard to find. Golden Tajine restaurant within 7 minutes walk from the hotel turned out to be authentically delicious.

The shower drainage was really bad. We told the person working there that the water was not going down . He said the next day would fix it. We stayed for two nights. However, the next night we still could not take the shower.

"They weren’t expecting us. No restaurant. No wifi. Toilet didn’t work. We had to pay for a taxi to go to the nearest town to find food. The reason we booked this property was because it advertised a restaurant. It’s in the middle of nowhere. This listing should be removed."
