"The hotel is gorgeous we stayed there for the weekend. I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property itself is clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but what really made my experience outstanding was the staff. In particular, Jessica was absolutely the best. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with genuine warmth and made me feel so welcome. Throughout my stay, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—always professional, attentive, and ready with a smile. It’s rare to meet someone who makes such a difference in your travel experience, but Jessica truly did. Because of her, I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this hotel to my friends and family."

"The hotel is an economy hotel, but was very acceptable for the price. I stayed 4 days. My room was small but comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The hotel does not have an elevator. The breakfast was made by the person on duty at the time when I came down in the morning. Always scrambled eggs, arepa, small piece of white bread, and coffee. My stay was during the slow season and I may have been the only guest in the hotel, so I can not comment on noise. Good WIFI. It is an easy walk to the El Penol town center. It is a good hotel, I would stay again. "
