Mid way through our stay we paid for an upgrade to a suite and we had lovely time in the new room. However on my last day I noticed I was charged double of everything including £200 for room cleaning. We went downstairs and spoke to someone at reception. They realised the mistake and said they would refund. It’s been a few days after and no luck so I would say be careful With this hotel. I’m still waiting for them to get back to me. I think the service is quite slow as well, however the pool is beautiful.
