"This is obviously not a place to stay low season. Reception closed after 5 pm so had to check in at the restaurant across the road, cleaning staff were ill so nobody cleaned our room( and no apology for it or compensation), and as little guest staying place was very dark, fire places not lit - felt like we were alone at the whole place. Shame as it is a beautiful venue. "

"Wauw! Many reviews are describing a worn down and old hotel. Well - old is true. And worn down is semi true on a few things like the windows and carpets. BUT! Travelling more than 100 days a year, I have rearly visited a hotel with this amount of charme! They truly keep this in the 60’s style. It is amazing - like a small German time machine going back to those times. And the staff were all very friendly and helpfull. Ofcourse it is old! It’s from the 60’s.. "A good friendly independent hotel we were very happy with the quality and cleanliness of the room and the staff were very helpful. It was great to have pool , sauna, steam room and fitness suite. The breakfast was also very good the only minor frustration was that the WIFI connectivity was intermittent during our stay and there were blindspots were it was difficult to connect but overall we would definitely come back here."

Schön wäre es, wenn es kein zweites Bett m Einzelzimmer gäbe, da man so kaum Platz hat (für Yoga z.B.). Es gibt jedoch Räume, in die man ausweichen könnte. Das Einzige, was ich als stören empfunden habe, ist der Straßenlärm und ein komischer Duft, der wahrscheinlich so ein Raumduft ist."
