Overall, we had a nice stay and would definitely come back. The casino was clean and enjoyable. Of course, I wish we had won a little more, but hey—that’s why they call it gambling! The only reason for four stars instead of five is that our room (532) had a couple of maintenance issues. The coffee maker didn’t work, and part of the replacement flooring was coming up. I let the front desk know before we left, so hopefully those items will be fixed for the next guests. Despite those minor issues, we enjoyed our stay, the staff was friendly, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We did not have a very good experience at this hotel. Upon entering the hotel, we immediately noticed a strong musty, mildew-like odor. Unfortunately, when we entered our room, the smell was even worse. We also found that sections of the carpet along the edges had been chewed up, and parts of the bathroom counter were damaged as well. Since we were traveling with pets, I made sure to take pictures of the existing damage so we wouldn't be held responsible for it. We also attempted to use the pool, but the entire area felt dingy and dirty. When we went to the fitness room, we found that the workout equipment was unusable because the cables had been cut. The breakfast selection was also very limited and did not offer much variety. Finally, whenever we asked the staff for assistance—including trying to extend our stay—no one seemed to have an answer or be able to help us until the very last minute. Overall, the condition of the property and the lack of knowledgeable customer service made for a disappointing stay.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean, all of the appliances worked (ac, tv, fridge, microwave), shower water was hot. Quality room for a good price.
