"This unique house is in a great area. Within walking to several historic sites, river, and beautiful homes. The house is older but very functional for our needs. Front porch nice to sit. There is traffic noise from the corner but you get accustomed to it. We enjoyed our time there. "

Close to everything: restaurants, shopping, farmer's market, etc. The flat was well equipped for our long weekend stay, with a large kitchen, comfy beds, and a nice bathroom. I was especially thankful that the air conditioning worked so well, given that it was typical hot August weather. The owner was quick to respond and helpful when I had questions. I will definitely recommend to anyone staying in Marietta!"
