It was clean, quiet and the selection and quality of the complimentary breakfast was amazing. I was initially disappointed with the airport shuttle service upon my arrival BUT upon being apprised of the contributing extensive traffic delays I cannot hold that negatively against the hotel.

Very kindly given a room before check in time so we could leave our luggage while we returned our rental car to airport. Courtesy shuttle worked really well Overall very good for an airport hotel

Although the Expedia shuttle notes state that it is available on demand, the hotel informed me that the shuttle is only available from 7am to 11pm. Since I had a 7am flight, the shuttle was not available and it would cost an additional $50 for a ride service. Very disappointed in the misleading information.

The staff was pleasant. The room was clean with a refrigerator but no microwave. Breakfast included scrambled eggs meat and potatoes along with waffles and the usual items that comprise a continental breakfast. JNT

We choose Best Western for dependable consistency and value for money. This hotel fulfilled our needs in addition to being close to O'Hare.

Our room on the 3rd floor was clean and very acceptable. For the price we did not expect a 5 star hotel. It was an overnight stay between flights. We called the hotel when we got to baggage claim at the airport and we were directed to the correct pick up location. The shuttle arrived within 5 min of the estimated time. The shuttle van was well marked and the driver was friendly. We walked across the street to the hibachi buffet and it was decent. We then walked to the shell station convenience store for done snacks. There was a subway and Dunkin’ donuts in the building too. We were aware that the first morning shuttle was at 7 am which was too late to arrive comfortably for our 8:15 flight. We chose an Uber which was $22. We left the hotel at 6 am and the front desk offered for us to grab anything we needed from the breakfast area. We saw yogurt, cold cereal, bagels pastries and sliced bread. Also coffee. There may have been more things too! We grabbed a quick yogurt and a pastry.

Shuttle and Breakfast
This hotel is convenient to the airport, and they provided a shuttle. The breakfast was good, and had hot food as well as regular breakfast items.

The breakfast was good and the service people were very nice and professional but the room were tiny, very little space, the stairs and corridors were dirty, and the elevator really needs to be changed.

Easy and fast check-in and checkout. It's located in an industrial area with not much around unless you drive. However, I was actually working in the area so it was very convenient.

The staff was great and I have nothing but positive things to say about them! However the amenities and services could be better. Things to know if staying here: 1) No fans in the bathroom 2) 1 microwave in the whole building (not individually in each room) 3) Book airport shuttles the day before 4) Free airport shuttle comes hourly and ends at 11pm local time (wait outside, not inside by the front desk as sometimes the driver drops off and pick up without going inside to check for waiting customers). 4) Donald E. Stephens convention center shuttle is free and is the second drop off after the airport drop off 5) Breakfast is usually 6:30-10am local time (3 hot items available: sausage, potatoes, and scrambled eggs) 6) No pool 7) Walking transit is difficult at this location and you will most likely bus, Uber or take a ride share service to get to and from here Hopefully this helps anybody looking at this location :)

They had us waiting for an hour and a half in 400° weather. When I called to schedule the shuttle no time table was given, so weren’t able to wait inside because we were scanning for the bus the whole time. Also heads up the shuttle doesn’t start till 7 am. So if you’re just trying to get a close-ish place to the airport for a quick turnaround it is utterly useless. You will have to get a $46 Uber to the airport. An amount you could have just spent to be closer or in a better hotel. Also my room didn’t have hand soap.
