The deadbolt to the door to our room didn’t work. Had to put a piece of “heavy” furniture in front of it. The carpet was sticky, there were some red stains on the bathroom wall and the trim, the tub drained very slowly and 5 police officers were called to our floor during the night but we aren’t sure why. Not impressed at all.

The hotel smelled musty and the rug was sticky when I briefly walked in bare feet. They must have recently shampooed the rugs. I had a scented spray that I used in the room and our hallway. Seemed to clear things up. The staff were friendly, helpful, and personable.

This stay was mixed bag. The free airport shuttle is nice and the drivers are friendly, even though it took 50 minutes to get picked up from the airport. The staff was friendly and the daily room service was nice. The hotel is dated and dingy. There was no a/c in the lobby nor the hallways. The room a/c and refrigerator worked well and were quiet. Walls are thin so you will hear your neighbors, but everyone was pretty quiet next to me. The TV’s were old and would overheat, interfering with the signal. My bathtub backed up the last two days of my stay. Food was on par with other hotels that have a free breakfast.
