Fixtures such as curtains, door handles, wardrobes, and soap dispenser stands need critical care and improvement. On a positive note, the restaurant staff and food were outstanding and truly the highlight of our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience. I would like to especially mention the warm welcome extended by your restaurant manager, Vikram, who is extremely polite and humble. Vaishali prepared and served the best tea we had during our trip. Chef Sainath and his team were excellent—courteous and helpful in preparing and serving delicious food, along with great recommendations. Server Valmik also did an excellent job." The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The swimming pool was excellent—clean and very relaxing. We also really liked the dining hall, which was pleasant and nicely arranged. What impressed us the most was the staff. They were extremely polite, efficient, and always ready to help. Their service made our stay smooth and enjoyable. Overall, everything about the hotel was excellent. Then plugged in an air purifier after telling me no otger rooms were free. Was too tired, and disappointed. Next day the room was changed with no compensatory gesture but my experience was entirely different. They should have acted sooner.otherwise would have given 5 star for value."
