“I had a wonderful stay this week. The property was super clean, comfortable, and extremely quiet — exactly what I needed. It was also very convenient to get to local spots and meeting places, which made everything so easy during my stay. The hostess, Johana, was quick to respond and very accommodating with my requests. Overall, it was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what I was hoping for. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable……

“I loved that they had dishes and body wash available for use . We got one assigned parking slot . The bed was kind of uncomfortable to sleep on and couch was hard . Furniture should be improved a little more . The rack in our wall was not installed right causing it to fall and dishes broke on the Floor. The lady who let us in was very understanding that we didn’t break anything and she communicated with me very respectfully and order new dishes . She was very nice and they allowed 18 year olds……

“Nice quiet place! Clean and everything we needed! Just outside of town, short drive to Riverwalk and downtown! We were behind a gate we opened and had a guy come up to us, asked where a church was! Told him we weren’t from around here and he got upset! Only issue we had! Otherwise we had a great stay!! ”

“Exceptional property. Quiet, clean, with a comfy bed! Well appointed. We were able to enjoy a nice hot bath, morning coffee and watch a little tv while being close to our family in area. Such a great neighborhood and so walkable. The only thing we lacked were bath towels. There were only three for two persons for 4 nights, but we managed. Maybe ask ahead. ”

“Four adults and only 3 towels provided. Bath and refrigerator were dirty upon arrival. Windows and back door unlocked upon arrival. No soap available at either sink.Also, the water heater was not turned on when we arrived and we didn’t realize that so all of us took cold showers after a long day of moving from Houston to Bryan then San Antonio.The place was accurately described in terms of bedrooms and amenities but I would not stay again or recommend until they do better.It was a good price but……

“This is a great place for singles/couples to stay. Located across the road from the Tower of Americas, it was easy to walk to The River Walk and its many shops/restaurants. The Alamodome and conference center are nearby too. The apartment was clean and furnished nicely and communication with the host was easy. We arrived late evening when it was dark so had some difficulty finding the right building but called the host and was helped immediately. The pictures of the apartment and furnishings……

“The house was super cute and very well renovated. Loved all the nice decorative touches. Location was great as we went to an event at the San Pedro Playhouse which was a .2 mile walk. Philo coffee house just up the hill was great for morning coffee. ”
