"The customer service and room and breakfast were phenomenal. It’s centrally located for the airport and Lackland Air Force base. The worst thing was the hot tub never got fixed the whole week we were there and the pool could’ve definitely been cleaner but that was all! We had a suite and a group of 6 and 7 when we had my son after his graduation. They congratulated all of us and were always accommodating when we needed extra towels and wash cloths or just to use the outside grill and laundry :)...

"It was a nice property very conveinent to get to but it was noisy and you could the other guests next to us. Other than that the room was very nice and clean. "

"Check in was smooth, additional parking fee not aware of. Room was clean, spacious suite, dishes and pots and pans and full size fridge and freezer. Bathroom was clean and good water pressure and hot too. Bedroom was comfortable. Really happy with the basketball court for my kids, we knew it was there and were happy to use it. Outdoor seating area was nice and comfortable also."

"Comfortable stay. Fridge is provided in the room. I was able to wash a couple of shirts in the laundry room. Good Mexican restaurants nearby on Issom Road such as El Mariachi Loco and Santos Cafe. Unfortunately, no drinking water is offered in the room and the water is overpriced at 5 dollars a bottle for a large bottle. Such a pity. "

"Management and staff come to guest rooms at dinner time unannounced. I asked the manager to please call next time and she refused. Rude and inconsiderate management."

"I had the worst experience at this motel. There was no hot water; thus, my shower last 2 minutes. The bed was very stiff and uncomfortable which was very hard to sleep on. There were live cockroaches crawling in the motel."
