The stay was nice. Majority of the staff were very nice, pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and looked just like the pictures, the cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. We had one incident with some people hanging out at the building beside the hotel. They were heckling us and one took it far enough to follow us all the way to the door of the hotel, unfortunately at the time the key card wasn’t working and we couldn’t open the door and the man continued to harass us and another couple. When one of the hotel workers came to the door, he escalated the situation and didn’t offer real help. Thankfully everyone else working at the hotel was empathetic to the situation and gave us some credits to the restaurant but safety is a real issue. The restaurant attached to the hotel is convenient but the food is just ok.

Staying here was nothing short of amazing thanks to this staff. They were very friendly, courteous and nice. Everyone was attentive and you can tell. They really loved working there and delivering service.
