Our FIRST rooms sofa bed was wet from someone peeing it. Staff put the fresh bedding on top of it. Then folded up the sofa. Then we tried to call the front desk and the phone wasn't working so we had to go down to the desk to talk to them about it.
They did move us to another room. The hotel is in winter mode so our room was 77° and no ac. We called the front desk and they brought us a fan which helped. We also opened the door a bit. Which is a little concerning becuz there's no screen on the patio doors just a waist high railing 😬 The staff was very very nice and we ate at the on site restaurant which was so good!
For the amount of money you spend to stay here, it's needs updates.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The staff were great and helpful and the property was nice and clean. They do not have a full restaurant, but there are plenty of restaurant options that are close by. I would come back again the next time I visit the area
