Emerado Vacations from $1,518

The room was very nice. The staff were amazing. We had a roommate who required a wheelchair. They provided it very rapidly. Very caring.

The whole building smells like cigarettes, some people were very clearly smoking weed in their rooms. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows were half the size of a standard pillow. The shower head needed a very deep clean and the bathroom needed some work. There was carpet missing in the doorway, stains and chips all over the countertop and the toilet had to be flushed multiple times to flush away toilet paper. Overall did not feel safe or comfortable during our stay.

Clean rooms- patiently waiting for the pool to get finished.Staff are friendly and polite.

Hotel itself is OK. Room had an odd smell, but tolerable. Room was clean. We’ve stayed here a few times. This time… 1. Checking in, there were - what appeared to be - a homeless pair of women sitting on the curb to the entrance. 2. Checking out, packing my vehicle up, was getting an overwhelming smell of marijuana smoke. I look over, and see the front desk employee & another employee in a car with smoke billowing out the car window that was rolled down a couple inches.
